Welcome to the Sts. Martha & Mary Parish Faith Formation Registration! Please carefully read our class and payment options below.

Home-Based Catechesis:

• Grades 2, 7, and 8 are required to attend the Parish-Based Sacramental Preparation sessions.
• Parents/Guardians as Catechists supported by the Faith Formation office.

  • 10:30-11:45 a.m. Session with Confirmation Prep
    • Open to Grades Pre-K/K to 8 at St. Catherine of Sweden Church
  • 11:15-12:30 p.m. Session with Confirmation Prep
    • Open to Grades Pre-K/K to 8 at St. Richard Church
• Monday
  • 4:45-6:00 p.m. Session
    • Open to Grades Pre-K/K to 6 at St. Catherine of Sweden Church
  • 6:15-7:30 p.m. Session (Confirmation Prep)
    • Open to Grades 7-8 at St. Catherine of Sweden Church
• Tuesday
  • 4:45-6:00 p.m. Session
    • Open to Grades Pre-K/K to 6 at St. Richard Church
  • 6:15-7:30 p.m. Session (Confirmation Prep)
    • Open to Grades 7-8 at St. Richard Church

To have your registration processed and your child's seat secured for a session, please complete the following:

2. Complete your payment online or via check/cash COMING SOON!
   
   

FAQs:
Q: What is the yearly fee?
A: $70 for 1 Child, $95 for 2 Children, & $120 for 3+ Children. For example, if you have two (2) children, you'd pay $95.00. If you have four (4) children, you'd pay $120.00.

Q: What if I can't afford the fee?
A: If you need payment assistance, please get in touch with the Faith Formation Office. We have scholarships and other financial aid available. We want to ensure that Faith Formation is accessible to everyone!

Q: What do the fees cover? 
A: All fees collected go to classroom materials, textbooks, special events, special event materials, speakers, musicians, catechists' teaching materials, and retreat materials. We are so grateful for your generosity!

Q: How do I pay? 
A: An online payment option will appear after completing the online registration form. All checks can be made payable to Sts. Martha and Mary Parish.
