New Parish Logo

We are excited to unveil the new logo for Saints Martha and Mary Parish, a beautiful representation of our faith and mission. The logo features an anointing jar adorned with a fish, representing Saints Martha and Mary.

• Fish: Symbolizes Martha's hospitality and service, exemplified in her preparation and sharing of meals. This ichthus symbol was used by the early Christians to identify one another and mark the locations of their worship and Communion.
• Anointing Jar: Represents Mary's prayer and discipleship, reflected in her anointing of Jesus with costly nard. In both this anointing and in her posture of learning, she sat at the feet of the Lord.

These elements together symbolize our mission.

• Mission: Inspired by Martha's heart of hospitality and service, and Mary's spirit of prayer and discipleship, we invite all to join us in centering our lives around Jesus Christ in Word, Sacrament and Community.
