We Can&#039;t Thank You Enough

Dear Parish Family of Saints Martha and Mary, On behalf of everyone involved in this year's Appalachia Mission Trip, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt thanks for your overwhelming generosity and support. Through your incredible outpouring of donations—spiritual, financial, and material—you have truly gone above and beyond in helping us bring hope, healing, and hands-on assistance to our brothers and sisters in need.

Because of your kindness, our mission to Preston County, West Virginia exceeded every expectation. We were able to provide essential repairs, build meaningful relationships, and offer a visible witness to Christ's love in action. Your giving spirit made the mission not just possible, but powerfully impactful. The lives touched on this trip—the ones in families in Appalachia and our own team—are a direct result of your generosity.

As it is written in 2 Corinthians 9:11, "You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God." That verse perfectly reflects what we've experienced: your generosity has not only met tangible needs, but has inspired deep gratitude and joy in everyone who witnessed it.

Thank you for being a parish so rooted in compassion, faith, and service. We look forward to sharing more about the mission and the fruits of your kindness in the weeks to come. Please know you were with us every step of the way.

Summer Repair People, Thank you very much for all of the outstanding work and all of the effort put into everything. I pray that our heavenly Father bless all of you for your loving kindness.
