The Saints Martha and Mary Parish Fish Fry is more than a meal—it’s a major community effort. We are looking for enthusiastic adults and students (Grade 6+) to help us prepare, serve, and welcome our neighbors. Whether you’re a seasoned pro in the kitchen or looking to earn service hours, we have a place for you!

Who Can Help?
Adults: Needed Thursdays and Fridays for food prep, serving, order packing, and clean-up.
Students (Grade 6 & Above): Needed Thursdays and Fridays for dining room setup, seating guests, serving beverages, and running orders.
Note: All positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your schedule will be confirmed once your information is received.

Mandatory Training & Orientation
To ensure everything runs smoothly, all Friday Evening volunteers are expected to attend one of the following sessions:
Sunday, February 8 at 12:30 PM
Thursday, February 12 at 6:30 PM(Thursday-only volunteers are not required to attend orientation.)

Choose Your ShiftStudent Opportunities (Grade 6+)
- Thursday Evenings (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Dining room setup.
Friday Evenings (3:30 PM – 7:30 PM): Seating guests, packing/delivering orders, and resetting tables.
Friday Clean-Up (6:30 PM – 8:30 PM): Helping clear and close the hall.
- Thursday Mornings (9:00 AM – Noon): Baking/packing cookies and side dish prep.
Thursday Evenings (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Dining room setup and prep.
Friday Afternoons (Noon – 3:00 PM): Food and beverage preparation.
Friday Evenings (3:30 PM – 7:00 PM): Preparing/serving dinners, taking orders, and selling 50/50 tickets.
